GCash had the shortest median withdrawal in our tests. Maya is a close second.
You're withdrawing a large amount
Bank transfer has the highest limits (up to ₱500k), but expect 1–2 days and possible bank fees.
You don't use an e-wallet
Bank transfer works everywhere we tested. Check your bank’s fees for incoming transfers.
You already use Grab
GrabPay is accepted at fewer casinos and has a lower maximum, but it’s quick and fee-free.

OUR TEST
How we time withdrawals
The numbers on this page are ours, so here's exactly how we get them.
01
Real deposits
We deposit our own pesos with each method at every rated casino.
02
Five withdrawals
Five withdrawals per method per casino, at different times of day and on weekends. [check count]
03
Timed to the minute
From the moment we request the withdrawal to the money landing in our account.
04
Median, re-run monthly
We publish the median, not the best case, and re-test every month.
BEFORE YOUR FIRST WITHDRAWAL
Avoid the usual delays
- Finish ID verification (KYC) right after you sign up, not when you want to cash out.
- Withdraw to the same method and the same name you deposited with.
- Check the casino’s minimum withdrawal before you request it.
- Finish or cancel any active bonus first: wagering usually blocks withdrawals.
- Keep screenshots of your deposit and withdrawal confirmations.
WITHDRAWAL TAKING TOO LONG?
Common causes and what to do
- Pending verification: upload any missing ID, then contact live chat.
- Bonus still active: check the wagering progress in your account.
- Name mismatch: the e-wallet must be in your name.
- Weekend or holiday: bank transfers wait for the next banking day.
- Still stuck after 72 hours? Save your chat transcript and contact PAGCOR through the casino’s licence page.

E-wallet casinos explained
GCash vs Maya vs GrabPay for casino play.
Keep your money safe
E-wallet scams are the most common way Filipino players lose money outside the games.
Never share your OTP
No casino or support agent needs your GCash or Maya one-time PIN. Anyone asking is a scammer.
Pay only in the cashier
Deposit only through the casino’s own cashier page, never to a “cash-in agent” on Facebook or Telegram.
Check the license first
Before your first deposit, confirm the site is on PAGCOR’s list of licensed operators.
Set a deposit limit
Set daily or weekly deposit limits in your casino account before you start.

Instant deposits make it easy to top up again in the moment. Set a deposit limit in your casino account, keep casino money separate from your everyday e-wallet balance if you can, and never deposit to win back a loss.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, some PAGCOR-licensed casinos still accept GCash, but only through the casino’s own cashier, not from inside the GCash app.
In August 2025, the BSP ordered e-wallets to remove in-app links to gambling sites. That order did not ban direct deposits to licensed operators. Support varies by casino, so check each cashier.

Casino games disappeared from GCash because the BSP ordered e-wallets to remove in-app gambling links in August 2025.
E-wallets had 48 hours to comply. GCash removed gaming access from its GLife section, and Maya removed similar features. You can no longer open a casino from inside either app.

Some PAGCOR-licensed casinos accept Maya deposits and withdrawals through their own cashier, under the same rules that apply to GCash.
In-app gambling links were removed from Maya in August 2025. Availability, minimums and processing times differ by casino, so use our payment filter to compare current options.

PAGCOR requires licensed online casinos to verify your identity before you can make a first deposit.
You’ll typically submit:
- Your full name and contact details
- A valid government-issued ID
- A real-time selfie holding that ID
Verification confirms you are 21 or older and not on a restricted list, and helps prevent fraud.

Online casino withdrawal times vary by casino and payment method, from under an hour to several business days.
E-wallet withdrawals are usually faster than bank transfers. Your first withdrawal often takes longer while the casino completes account checks. See each casino’s review for our measured payout times and test dates.

Minimum deposits and withdrawals are set by each online casino and payment method, so there is no single standard amount in the Philippines.
E-wallets often allow lower minimums than bank transfers. Our payment comparison table lists current minimums and maximums for every casino we review, updated at each review.

Online casino fees depend on the casino and payment method: some charge nothing to deposit, while your bank or e-wallet may add a fee.
Before transacting, check:
- The casino’s cashier terms
- Your e-wallet or bank’s transfer fees
- Any withdrawal limits per day or month
We list known fees in each review.

First confirm your account verification is complete, then contact the casino’s support with your transaction reference and keep written records.
Most delays come from pending ID checks, bonus wagering not yet met, or a different payment method than your deposit. If a licensed casino doesn’t resolve it, you can escalate to PAGCOR.
